Lancashire & South Cumbria - Strategy Refresh Engagement Workshop

"At Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT), we are now in the third year of our current trust strategies, which were developed during the pressures of COVID-19. A lot has changed since then, both within LSCFT and the wider NHS. We have identified the need to evolve and reflect these changes within our Strategy, and we are currently in the process of undertaking a Trust Strategy refresh. Our trust values and quality priorities will remain the same, but we have introduced a new framework - The Quadruple Aim which will be the focus for our trust objectives over the coming years. As part of this refresh we are want to listen and engage with both LSCFT colleagues and system partners. As a system partner of LSCFT, we would like to invite you to attend an online workshop, where we will update you on our strategy refresh and give you an opportunity to get involved. Whilst the quadruple aim has been adopted, we want to gather views and feedback to help formulate our strategic goals.

Date/time of the workshops:

  • Thursday 7th March: 2-3pm
  • Monday 11th March: 11am-12pm
  • Tuesday 12th March: 6-7pm
  • Wednesday 13th March: 10-11am
