Lancashire Place-Based Partnership
Date posted: 4th December 2023Lancashire VCFSE organisations only – if you are not operating in the areas covered by the Lancashire Place-based Partnership, please let us know.
Lancashire Place Partnership is seeking one VCFSE board member for when it moves to become the permanent Place Board March/April 2024. Currently Yak Patel from Lancaster District CVS, and Teri Stephenson from Age UK Lancashire are part of it on an interim basis and will remain so, linked with the LSC VCFSE Alliance, until then. Please see Role Profile document below for what the Place Partnership is looking for.
This is an important board for the VCFSE to have a voice at, and we encourage you to apply. Please note that accepting this role includes becoming part of the LSC VCFSE Alliance Health and Care leads group, which means attendance, updates and contribution to regular LSC VCFSE Alliance meetings, and support from Alliance members and system partners.
If you would like to be considered, please use the expression of interest form accessed via this link (EOI). You will need to complete all the fields and clearly demonstrate how you meet the criteria. The expression of interest window will be open until January 18th 2024. Once it closes a small panel, comprising Lancashire-based volunteers from the LSC Alliance and Assembly, will decide who will be the VCFSE rep for the two year term.
If you would like to be part of this selection panel, please email stephanieg@communityfutures.org.uk before January 18th. We need at least five people for 1.5-2 hours towards the end of January.
